Broadwing has extensive peering relationships with leading ISPs worldwide. Ninety percent of our off-net traffic flows over private, managed IP network interconnects. We are aggressively expanding private peering relationships with other network providers that meet the capacity and quality of service levels required to provide the most advanced and congestion-free means of exchanging traffic.

We have also implemented a dedicated, world-class team and an advanced peering strategy to provide the most reliable and extensive global reach in the industry.
If you are interested in establishing a peering relationship with Broadwing please follow the instructions below:

1. Review our published Interconnect Policy to ensure that you are compliant and aware of Broadwing's criteria to establish an interconnect relationship.

2. Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, the Broadwing Interconnect Agreement and complete the Interconnect Survey, and submit them to peering@broadwing.com.

3. Mail a hard copy of the forms listed above along with an updated network map to:
