Broadwing: Connecting with customers at the speed of light

Will this change my rates?
No, this is an administrative change only.

Why is this change being made?

Certain terms and conditions of providing service had previously been in the FCC tariffs. Since the tariffs no longer exist, all of this information has been moved to our website at Continue to Tariffs.net.

What terms and conditions were in the tariff?
Examples of the tariffed items include product descriptions, use of service descriptions, limitation of liability provisions, payment of charges, applications of rates, fractional charges and disconnection policy.

Can I get a copy of all of this information?
It is available on our website at www.broadwing.com or it is available for public inspection at 1122 Capital of Texas Highway South, Austin, TX 78746.

How will I know if my rates are ever changed?

Should your rates ever be changed, you will be notified via additional customer notification.

Why is this change important to me?
In your contract for service with Broadwing, there may be reference to the Interstate FCC Tariff. It is important for our customers to understand that Broadwing still has these provisions in place, even though the tariff has been eliminated. All information previously found in the tariffs is now available on our website.

How do I notify Broadwing that this change is acceptable to me?

By continuing to use your Broadwing services, your acceptance of this change is signified.
