Broadwing: Connecting with customers at the speed of light

A Customized Service Arrangement or CSA is an individually negotiated transaction tailored to meet the telecommunications needs of the customer for whom it was designed.

A CSA frequently involves a combination of domestic, interstate, interexchange service(s) and international service(s).

This Schedule only applies to the domestic, interstate, interexchange service(s) that comprise each active CSA. The international service component of these CSAs is being provided pursuant to Broadwing Telecommunications Inc.'s tariffs on file with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) pursuant to the requirements of 47 U.S.C. § 203, and supercedes the information found in the Schedule. As permitted by the FCC, tariffed international service(s) and domestic, interstate, interexchange service(s) furnished under contract, i.e., those about which information appears in this Schedule, may be combined to determine discounts and minimum revenue or volume requirements.

The CSA links entity providing the service, the Reference Number of the CSA and the date of the CSA.
