Broadwing lets you drive with our fully automated on line customer access portal, Broadwing OnLine (BOL). BOL allows you to order, activate, set up features, make feature changes, download and upload information, and collect billing records in one convenient on line system. With BOL, there is no need for you to invest in constructing costly back office systems, we provide much of the back office support you need to enable your long distance operations.

As a part of Broadwing's Service Extension kit, we enable regional providers or switchless resellers to offer a comprehensive national and international voice services portfolio, without having to invest in building a network or service platform. Broadwing offers for private label resale, switched and dedicated voice, inbound and outbound services with feature rich functionality like routing control, account codes, security and fraud detection.
